Duties:
- Maintaining cleanliness of the back counter, kitchen and dining areas - Operating the Square POS system
kiosks to process customer orders and payments - Demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Friendly with a smile is a must.
- Assisting with donut
beverage preparation and ensuring adherence to high standards
quality control.
-Barista experience a plus! - Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Following proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred -weekday availability is a MUST - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally -able to work independently as well as a team.
- Basic culinary knowledge for food preparation tasks - Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register - Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
