We are seeking a fun and energetic Manager to run our Ellenton operations.
If you have supervisory experience as an Asst.
Manager or Shift Leader in the Entertainment, Restaurant, or any other Service industry - this might be the perfect opportunity for you! FUNBOX is typically open on Fridays from 3-7pm and Saturdays/Sundays from 10:
00am-8:
00pm.
We may remain open during Spring Break due to kids being out of school.
This opportunity is seasonal, working from February to April managing our park in Ellenton, FL.

JOB DUTIES:
Must possess the ability to Lead 6-10 team members each day of operation Work closely with Senior Manager and Ownership.
Manage all functions of the park and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Maintain a fun, friendly and safe environment for customers and staff.
Order and receive supplies.
Manage inventories.
Hire, train, develop, supervise, terminate associates as needed.
Create schedules, handle payroll.
Control crowds inside and outside the park.
Open, close and clean the park.
Enforce rules and guidelines.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
Introduce promotions and opportunities to guests.
Act as a first responder to emergencies.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
This job is most suitable for people that have, and would like to further develop, the following skills:
